Nokia
On the most Nokia phones, you can find the NEXT key under Options.
On some Nokia phones you can find the NEXT key under MENU and then Service Options.
On other Nokia phones you can find the NEXT key under MENU, then (Service) Options and then Other Options or Shortcuts.

Sony-Ericsson
On the Ericsson T300 you can find the NEXT key by pressing the key under Yes (square with 2 lines). Now select NEXT and press Yes. The download link will be activated. Press NEXT. After a few seconds, the phone will show "Melody saved in my sounds", "Image saved in my images" or a message that the game has been saved.
