On a certain day I have a negative amount in my statistics. How come?

If you click that date in your statistics, you will see specified why the amount became negative. Often these are the Reversed Billing Chargebacks on the last day of the month.

"For some payment methods it is not sure if the complete amount can be billed to the customer. For these payment methods a chargeback percentage will be withdrawn from your account at the end of each month. The final chargeback percentages are recalculated when we get them from the operators. At that point we will calculate the actual percentage and recalculate it with the percentage we used originally."
