Why is my welcome message not used?
If you don't use the Reversed Billing in a technical way, but through the MobileMoney interface, you can register if you want your (sub)keyword to be a subscription service.
When you register that it is not a subscription service, the given welcome message will always be sent to the end user. This happens only once.
When you use Reversed Billing as a subscription service we must send out a standard message so the end user knows exactly what he is subscribing for, how to unsubscribe, etc. We do this to prevend misunderstandings.
